Estancia Cristina lies within Los Glaciares National Park and can only be reached by boat from Puerto Punta Bandera, along the Upsala Arm and Cristina Channel. Once there, choose how to discover its history and landscapes.
Upsala Glacier Viewpoint: a 4×4 journey and a short walk to views of the glacier, returning to the estancia by vehicle.
Trekking: combines the 4×4 ascent to the viewpoint with a downhill walk through the Fossil Canyon. Available from age 12.
Horse riding: explore the valley with lunch at Refugio Pearson. Available from age 6, with a maximum rider weight of 95 kg and helmet use required.
Classic and Express: Classic explores the historic buildings, museum and Los Perros Waterfall. Express focuses on the historical tour and museum, with an earlier return on scheduled dates.
Stay: lodge accommodation with full-board dining and guided expeditions to explore the surroundings over several days. You can also ask about dedicated fly-fishing programmes, which require advance booking.
Dining complements each programme: lunch at the quincho, a lunch box for trekking or a meal at the refuge during the horse ride. Ask us about vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options.
